ResponsibilitiesLead overall campus operations and foster a safe, engaging, and high-performing school environment.
Ensure high standards of instruction, student achievement, and staff performance through continuous evaluation and improvement.
Promote collegiality, innovation, and a culture of collaboration among staff members.
Implement district policies and instructional programs with fidelity.
Maintain clear and positive communication with students, staff, parents, and the community.
Serve as the campus behavior coordinator, ensuring equitable and consistent discipline practices.
Support staff professional development and foster continuous growth opportunities.
QualificationsRequired:
Master’s Degree in Educational Administration
Valid Texas Principal Certification
Certified Texas Teacher Evaluation and Support System (T-TESS) appraiser
Two years of classroom teaching experience
Three years in instructional leadership
Preferred:
Secondary campus leadership experience is preferred
Skills:
Expertise in curriculum and instruction
Strong organizational, communication, and public relations abilities
Data-driven decision making
Skilled in personnel management and policy implementation
Committed to maintaining a high level of staff morale in a supportive environment, student engagement, and operational excellence
