Responsibilities

• Lead overall campus operations and foster a safe, engaging, and high-performing school environment.

• Ensure high standards of instruction, student achievement, and staff performance through continuous evaluation and improvement.

• Promote collegiality, innovation, and a culture of collaboration among staff members.

• Implement district policies and instructional programs with fidelity.

• Maintain clear and positive communication with students, staff, parents, and the community.

• Serve as the campus behavior coordinator, ensuring equitable and consistent discipline practices.

• Support staff professional development and foster continuous growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Required:

• Master’s Degree in Educational Administration

• Valid Texas Principal Certification

• Certified Texas Teacher Evaluation and Support System (T-TESS) appraiser

• Two years of classroom teaching experience

• Three years in instructional leadership

Preferred:

• Secondary campus leadership experience is preferred

Skills:

• Expertise in curriculum and instruction

• Strong organizational, communication, and public relations abilities

• Data-driven decision making

• Skilled in personnel management and policy implementation

• Committed to maintaining a high level of staff morale in a supportive environment, student engagement, and operational excellence
