Responsibilities

Lead overall campus operations and foster a safe, engaging, and high-performing school environment.

Ensure high standards of instruction, student achievement, and staff performance through continuous evaluation and improvement.

Promote collegiality, innovation, and a culture of collaboration among staff members.

Implement district policies and instructional programs with fidelity.

Maintain clear and positive communication with students, staff, parents, and the community.

Serve as the campus behavior coordinator, ensuring equitable and consistent discipline practices.

Support staff professional development and foster continuous growth opportunities.
Qualifications
Required:
-
Master’s Degree in Educational Administration
-
Valid Texas Principal Certification
-
Certified Texas Teacher Evaluation and Support System (T-TESS) appraiser
-
Two years of classroom teaching experience
-
Three years in instructional leadership
